From bunking botany classes to going in search of plants, adoring and nurturing them, she has come a long way. She is currently a research Intern with Zoo Outreach Organization’s Himalayan Langur Project based in Chamba, Himachal Pradesh. Here she works towards restoring the highly degraded forest lands. She also assists the behaviour studies of the Chamba Sacred Langur in the region.
