I work as a Policy Analyst at the Policy Desk at ERA and at ATREE. Working at the intersection of Research-Policy-Practice, I believe that Public Policy holds significant potential to address the historical injustices done to both nature and humanity.

I’m deeply fascinated by how human beings engage with the more-than-human world and the structural causes behind environmental degradation. This curiosity has driven my journey to understand these degradational challenges and work toward solutions where humans play a key role in conservation and restoration efforts. I hold a master’s degree in Development from Azim Premji University, Bangalore, and have previously explored infrastructural interventions in riverine systems. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, birdwatching, and cooking.

Nature brings me immense joy, especially when I’m surrounded by it or tending to plants. My passion for Ecological Restoration stems from the hope it offers, amidst the current environmental and social crises.
