I am a freelance Science Communication Illustrator. I like to use my journalistic inquiry, understanding of ecology, visual art and imagination to express wordy concepts via illustrations. I am subtly political in my work, which is deeply inspired by my time volunteering at Let India Breathe, a collective of climate change campaigners and communicators. I also create logos & visual identities for organizations in conservation and sustainability.
I love walking in the wilderness to wonder at the birds, the damselflies, the trees and the wildflowers. I enjoy this even more when taking others with me, and often find myself telling them about weaver ants. I find evolutionary biology one of the most interesting subjects. I also facilitate a neuro divergent circle for people in the conservation and climate space, and encourage looking at neurodivergence from the lens of evolutionary biology.
