I have been currently associated with Sahjeevan Trust, Bhuj as Program Coordinator, and my
work majorly includes working as technical support for conservation-related activities in the
project Location of Kachchh and Saurashtra. I am also engaged as Acting Director of
Research Station- RAMBLE, my main area of work lies around ideating action-oriented
plans for the conservation of Flora and Fauna species in field locations through a
participatory approach. As technical support, I conduct Mapping exercises of natural
resources, the biomass and thereby generate scientific plans for Restoration.
I have about 10 Years of experience in working around Conservation of Floral and Fauna
Species in Kachchh, Gujarat. I have worked closely with Forest department in developing the
Working Plan of the Kachchh circle, I carry technical experience in developing People's
Biodiversity Register and had collaborated with Gujarat Biodiversity Board for the same.
Have worked around 7 years with the Pastoral Communities- Maldharis of Kachchh for
helping them develop ecological conscience and protecting their nature resource and
Biodiversity for their subsistence.
Also, I expertise in developing eco-tourism and environmental education modules around-
Wildlife, Plant Species, Landscapes/Habitats for youths and communities living in ecological
fringes.
