I bring a focus on nature and ecology to my graphic design practice, and over the years have built up a body of published books and other design work in this area. Some of the books I have worked on are Trees of Delhi and Field Guide to the Wildlife of South India.
It remains a conscious choice to work on these projects as they allow me to contribute my skills to a cause I believe deeply in. Parallelly, it helps me learn more about our natural world simultaneously. I also teach art to children on weekends, where we often work on nature related themes.
Going forward, I would like to be involved in hands-on projects that involve ecological landscape design and rewilding, and hopefully get my hands muddy.
