I’m a naturalist by inclination, wildlife biologist by training and a forester by profession, though in my life-scape each of those realms have seamlessly coalesced into each other, much like a messy ‘hard-to-define’ forest type. Having abused the ever-giving Nature to her limits, it is time human kind attempts to heal her, and in the process justify the specific epithet given to the species – ‘sapiens’. I hope to contribute my bit to that effort of re-wilding, restoration and rejuvenation, which I pray becomes a mass movement soon, before we run out of time.
