Dr E V R Raju is an Environmental management & Sustainable development expert, with over 30 years of experience in strategy development, project conceptualization, formulation and implementation of sustainable environmental and climate knowledge management.

He researches India’s climate policy, clean & just energy transition pathways, sustainable finance, green economy and green industrial policy in search of solutions to achieve a stable climate. He also specialises in vulnerability assessment, formulating mitigation & adaptation action plans, executing restoration projects on degraded landscapes, creating policy frame works for sustainability, climate safety, environment protection, and ecosystem conservation.

He is also adept at formulating training modules, mentoring and training people for capacity building. Dr Raju has been instrumental in transforming over 300 hectares of spoil dumps and degraded lands at Jharia Coal mines, Jharkhand and elsewhere.
