I’m a landowner in the US and participate in the Homegrown National Park – a collective effort of individual homeowners, property owners, land managers, farmers, and anyone with some soil to plant in to start a new habitat by planting native plants and removing most invasive plants.

Based on ‘Nature’s Best Hope’ by Douglas Tallamy, I have restored my yard in California to plants native to that flood-plain area.

I spend 3 months each year in Coonoor, India, and would like to support similar projects here.
